Where Does the ARY Name Come From?
ARY stands for the initials of its founder, Abdul Razzak Yaqoob. Gulf News reported that he arrived in Dubai in 1968 and built a trading business importing Pakistani goods to Dubai, along with a gold exporting business.
He launched the ARY gold jewellery brand in 1986. In 1996 the brand introduced its rainbow heart pendants, which became popular gifts for couples.

How Is the ARY Price in Dubai Calculated?
The gold value is the weight multiplied by the day’s rate for the karat. The bill then adds the making charge, any stones, and 5% VAT on jewellery.
Investment bars and coins of at least 99% purity are zero rated for VAT in the UAE. That is why bars and coins carry no VAT line on the invoice.

Why Pakistani Buyers Compare Dubai and Home Prices
